On School Psychological Harmony And Its Realization

Since the fourth Plenary Session of the sixteenth CPC National Congress, especially since NPC and CPPCC National Committee in 2005, building a"harmonious society"has been become the overall plan on the contruction of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics and all-round building up well-to-do society by CPC and our nation, and the focus of current work. Promoting and maintaining people's psychological harmony is an important part of a harmonious society. At the same time building a harmonious society is a systematic project on the whole country ,involving various social fields and the varieties of social organizations, for example education and schools. As a chief component of a harmonious society, a harmonious campus also includes school psychological harmony. If we build a harmonious campus, we must pay more attention to school psychological harmony. But It hasn't paid attention to by our school managers at present.Therefore,the theoretical research on school psychological harmony is not only the essential requirement of building harmonious campus ,but also the practical need of solving school management issues. The paper adopts methodology, such as the concepts of"harmony", humanism outlook ,systematic outlook and"integration of theory with practice"etc. It probes into school psychological harmony and its realization, in order to use it for reference in the theory and practice of school management now.There are three parts in this paper. I interpret the concept of school psychological harmony in the first part. First, I extract the most essential content of the concept of harmony by combing and integrating the history and reality of the concept of harmony. Then, I use it as a basis to analyze school psychological harmony, elaborate school social psychological system, the definition and function of school psychological harmony.I make a systematic analysis of school psychological harmony in the second part. School psychological harmony contains three elements i.e. individual psychological harmony,groups'psychological harmony and organizational psychological harmony, each level includes different sub-elements. The part mainly probes into the key elements of each level of psychological harmony .I probe into the realization of school psychological harmony in the third part.
