| According to research and analysis on operation condition of youth basketball club in northeast of china (three provinces), 1:among all the clubs investigated stock-organized takes 68.9%,self-invested takes 31%.within stock-organized there are 10.3% run by sports bureau and civil company, and 58.9% is family organized or joint venture of several civil companies. 2: The organization is not comprehensive, only office, club affair department, market development department, logistic department and financial department are set up. But lack of management, law , media , information , publication ,entertainment ,sales and other functional department . Among all the club there is no one club get a department in charge of communication and propagation with outside. Even though they get one, there is still nearly half of them can't meet the standard, but the clubs with headquarters in province capital are relative good. 3:68.9% of all the clubs can adhere to the procedure :broker->department manager ->financial department ->club manger, and daily expenses include: new project development fund ,coach salary , prize ,rent (maintenance) fee , training facility ,transportation and math prize (only available on good result).58.6% of the clubs take the manger in charge management method. 4:the specific operation mechanism is : (1)functional department solicit messages from market.(2)argument of development possibility.(3) making decisions .(4)getting the approve from manager.(5)manager report to directorate.(6)manager cooperate with all pertinent parts to make plan and policy.(7)implement the plan. When it comes to each club which gets different condition, they emphasize different points and the results are quite different.5: operation is mainly implemented by scheme and propagation. Propagation includes taking advantage of hi-tech and traditional methods, and the content is mainly about club history, scale, matches result and operation concept. Scheme is mainly about soliciting messages from market, development value argument and risk evaluation. 6: the training and math reach the benchmark both and physically mentally. 7:the club's income mainly come from four parts: products development 44.3%, player fees 25.4%,players transfer 8.6% and other forms of income takes 21.7% . The content of products development include: basketball floor, training facility, sports wear, food and relevant service about basketball. The social benefits are the healthy growth of youth players both physically and mentally, the developments of a strong will , the passing down of basketball culture, building a harmonic society, matches results and providing club and society with qualified talent.8: The advantages of talent fostering in club are: totally funded by society and without fiscal fund. It is an important supplement to the professional club and amateur sports school. It is not only a new growth point of our country's economy but also will become a very important method to provide and cultivate reserved basketball talent.
