Research On The "Little Basketball" Movement Of Youth Basketball Club Under The Background Of "Little Basketball Plan"

In 1960,China launched the "Little Basketball Plan",but the "Little Basketball" could not be well developed due to the existence of many problems,such as inconsistent standards on the height of the basket and the size of the basketball,and the lack of a perfect competition system.The re-implementation of the Development Plan of "Little Basketball" in 2017 has defined the direction,goal,approach and requirements for the implementation of the "Little Basketball" reform in China.It is of great significance for the existing youth basketball clubs to carry out "Little Basketball Plan" and promote "Little Basketball".This paper adopts the method of literature,field observation,questionnaire survey,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigate and study the promotion,league development and system construction of "Little Basketball" under the background of "Little basketball Plan".The following conclusions are drawn: 1."Little Basketball Plan" is a reform measure of China's basketball movement launched by the Chinese basketball association in 2017 on the basis of a lot of research and the integrated "Mini Basketball" of Fiba.It is a basketball promotion plan for teenagers aged 12 and below.2.After the "Little Basketball Plan" was put forward,Xin Kong Basketball Club carried out the "Little Basketball" movement with a clear goal,which is based on children,to enhance physical fitness,pay attention to the growth of students' physical and mental health,and make sports happier.Teach students in accordance with their age,basic knowledge and personality characteristics,quickly improve their basketball awareness and skills,learn teamwork,enjoy happy basketball,and integrate basketball into life and serve life.With the Chinese basketball association "Little Basketball Plaan" the goal objective idea is consistent.3.Xinkong Club organized a team to participate in the national small basketball league and achieved good results.The Club headquarters also hosted inter-city competitions;The competition held by He Fei Xin Kong Basketball Club and An Hui provincial basketball association;And competitions at 24 training centers across the country.There are only 3 to 3,4 to 4 and 5 to 5 games in the form of competition.There is a lack of single-player special games and other games related to basketball.The form is relatively simple and the content is not rich enough.4.In the implementation of "Little Basketball Plan",Xin Kong Basketball Club has established its own "hierarchy of Chinese little basketball players",which is applied to the assessment and promotion of students,and constantly revised and improved in operation.At the same time,the coach carefully study and master the content and requirements of "Little Basketball Rules",and transfer and guide the students in the teaching and training.5.In the context of "Little Basketball Plan",the promotion of "Little Basketball" by Xinkong Basketball Club combines traditional flyers,advertising,on-campus enrollment and new media marketing.Accurate positioning,increased the audience,publicity "small basketball plan" at the same time effectively reduce the cost,improve visibility received better results.6.When the "Little Basketball" training system for coaches and the grading system for athletes have not been improved by the Chinese basketball association,Xin Kong Basketball Club has its own grading standards for coaches and athletes,as well as a relatively systematic curriculum.The training for coaches shall be self-training and outsourcing training.The coaching team is stable and meets the requirements of the Chinese basketball association for "little basketball" coaches.7.Xinkong Basketball Club weekend training camp,mainly including Daily Weekend Classes,Winter and Summer Classes,Training Camps and Summer Camps.The scientization and application of big data are still in the primitive stage,which is still in the initial stage of data collection and accumulation,and the data has not reached a certain amount.8.Carry out "Little Basketball" in the existing youth basketball clubs,integrate the existing venues and develop new resources;Update the teaching and training concept of coaches,improve the theoretical understanding and training ability of coaches on "Little Basketball",improve the teaching quality of clubs,and ensure the students' interest in basketball.
