The Research Of The Cheerleading Development And The Establishment Of College Cheerleading Training System

With the establishment of the international cheerleading organizations, the cheerleading competitions were held more often worldwide. But this sport was only at a beginning in our country. There is a gap in the cheerleading training theory, which differed in every college. Also, the researches of the establishment of college training content system have not appeared, so the author established a feasible and diverse cheerleading training system in response to the objective of the education reform and the quality education by inspecting relavant information and expert questionnaires on the basis of inheriting, improving, supplementing and perfecting the cheerleading training content employed abroad. The system which provides theoretical basis and train of thought is of great significance to improving the college cheerleading, developing the competition, enriching campus culture, manifesting new training objectives and the request of the quality education in the developing process of the cheerleading.The results indicated:By the questionnaire survey carried on the partial trainers who participated in the 2007China All Star Cheerleading Championship Tournament up to the 2008 World Cheerleading Championship Tournament , and analyzed the present situation of the cheerleading development in universities in our country. The result indicated that the related cheerleading competitions are getting more and more, the scale is getting bigger and bigger, the influence is getting more and more broad; And the participative population increases year by year, the participative member's age scope fill-out, and the development of cheerleading in the different local is not balanced.The cheerleading athletes are mostly from aerobics, gymnastics and skills; the trainer's school record is very high and many are high-level rank, but they deficient the competition's experience of leading cheerleading to attend competitions. The majority of trainers considered that they need a scientific and complete training system for the instruction.In the majority of referee troop are the honor level and the senior referee.But the referee troop scale is small, the vocational level is relatively low, so they must further enhancement it.According to two round questionnaire survey, analyzes the training content system's construction must basis for the System Theory, the Teaching Theory, the Taylor Theory, Rule and expert questionnaire, characteristic of the cheerleading and relative sports training theory. The construction principle is safe principle, scientific principle, measurable principle and pointed principle.The training system is approximately two parts: theory and Practice Training . The theory part includes Cheerleading Summarize, Cheerleading Nomenclature,Cheerleading Safty Education,Music and Sideline,Competition Organization and Judge,Training . Practice Training including nine aspect contents are Body Training ,Skill Training , Tactic Training, Music Training,Dance Training , Psychology Training, Cheer Training, Display Training and Whole Training.After the experts appraisal and hold the present development situation of our country cheerleading, drew up each stage training content of the cheerleading training in primary, intermediate and high-level.
