Cheerleadingin the late development of Jiangxi Province, is still in the primary stage, especiallymany vocational colleges have faced a variety of problems in the process of building acheerleading team.In order to solve these problems effectively, promote the development ofHigher Vocational College cheerleading team faster and better. Therefore, this studyadopts the research methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics, the present situation of the construction of Vocational Collegecheerleading team as the research object, select the5Jiangxi province has set up acheerleading team in Higher Vocational Colleges as the research object, from theaspects of players, coaches, training venues, training and competition management tocarry out investigation, full range, to understand the construction of the highervocational colleges in jiangxi province aerobics sports team, found some problemsexisting in the construction and puts forward some constructive countermeasures, inorder to promote the construction of Higher Vocational College cheerleading team.Through this study, draws the following conclusion:(1) Higher Vocational College cheerleading is still in its primary development stage,cheerleading team mostly dominated by women; aged19-20years players were fargreater than one or three players; players in contact with cheerleading before rarelyparticipate in sports training; joined cheerleading is mainly to exercise the body; themajority of colleges all were free of exercise training.(2) Higher Vocational College Cheerleading Coaches equal numbers of boys andgirls, is a young and dynamic team; coaches the school record and the title is not high,professional is not strong, and the subsequent training opportunities are few.(3) Higher Vocational College cheerleading venue and equipment shortages, thevast majority of Cheerleading training venues for outdoor venues, and site condition;very few teams will cheer aerobics music production work to professionals, effects ofCheerleading performances.(4) Higher Vocational College cheerleading team is to play as the main objective,take "usually not training, training before competition" training mode, few schoolscan be trained to form a normal state, adhere to long-term training. (5) Every year, higher vocational colleges have been little chance to race, but theinstitutions will participate in the school, public, commercial form of performanceform, to achieve the purpose of training team.countereasures of strengthening vocational college cheerleading team constructionis as follows:(1) To increase the attention of leading sector level, pay attention to emergingsports project; establishing Cheerleading Association, give full play to the role of theassociation.(2) Increase propagandist strength, attract more players; to strengthen mutualregulation of learning and training, to solve the conflict.(3) Attach importance to the training of coaches, improve the training system;actively carry out exchanges, invite outstanding coaches guidance.(4) Create all possible conditions, will exercise included teaching content; paymore attention to raise funds, improve the training site condition.(5) Expand the scale and improve the quality of competition; competition,enhance exchanges, promote the regional cooperation.
