Teaching is the main channel to develop the talented persons; the popular trend of higher education demands higher level for fostering, evaluation plays an important role in the quality insurance system for higher education. But the current class teaching which is lack of communication in universities is not fit for the development of the students and teachers, and the evaluation of class teaching is not made properly use of.With the self-designed questionnaire on evaluation of communicative-development class teaching in universities & colleges, the teachers and students in 50 classes of 5 universities in Wuhan were surveyed. Therefore, the status quo of teaching and interaction in universities in China and the relevant evaluation is extracted.The conclusions are as follows:(1) Universities questioned are still knowledge-infusing-oriented teaching.(2) The current class teaching activities are lack or even scarce in teacher-student interaction. It is manifested with the features of being shallow, affected, narrow, unfair, inefficient and inadequate, unilateral communicative forms, defective activities among students.(3) The current class teaching with insufficient interaction is harmful for the mutual development of teachers and students.(4) The current class teaching evaluation in higher education cannot promote the communication between teachers and students, nor can affect the guide functions or further the mutual development between teachers and students.In the light of the results mentioned above, it is suggested that the present thought be altered so as to use proper teaching methods, optimize the knowledge-infusing-oriented class; reflect interaction between teachers and students; the teaching method be changed to realize cooperative study; adopt reasonable communicative ways, interaction between teachers and students should be reflected and mirror mutual respect and equal talk in teaching style; we pay attention to the effectiveness and efficient interaction, improve the capability of communication in teaching and learning, the communication skills of students be trained ; evaluation paid attention to communication for class teaching be advocated in order to the development for both students and teachers.
