| Training talents is a stratigic problem of developing sports. So long as valuing constructure of talent echelom, a country's compititive sports will have a promising future. In order to keep a high competing level, we must obey the sports development of its own and the growth of talent to do a down-to-earth job of training the reserve forces.As a powerful handball province, Anhui made a vital contribution by developing handball geniuses to our country. Therefore, how to trainning a talent for handball is an event of Anhui province, in which the handball staus quo in primary school represents a lot. In order to keep informed of it, I investigate the handball players, coaches, relavant school leaders, municipal and provincial officers in 32 teams who took part in first session handball match in Anhui province from lst-7th October 2007 through questionare, mathematical statistics, specialists interview. It turns out that the primary schools in which handball games carried in Anhui province exist various malpractice and deficiency in several aspect as the current situation of coaches and players, of training and competing, of manegement to handball sports in school, of school handball facilities and financial support. This puts up some relevant counter measures against the major problems which consist of enhancing the faction of upper givernment department in the governmental framework, optimizing the resource devision, bringing each superiority into full play, perfecting the handball competition rules; promoting the coach's theoretic knowledge and adccedemic technolygy; opening the financial support and improving schooling condition; enhancing the inner-management and balancinng the players' traininng and studying to view into their future development.
