Based on observation and questionnaire, my dissertation analyzes the existing problem behaviors in the teaching of senior physics exercises. Through these, I have found an effective way to improve our physical teaching. That is to reinforce the teachers' conception of designing lessons under the guidance of the new curricular reform and at the same time to improve the standard of teaching designs. Combining the theoretical analyses, and the experimental researches, I put forward the following four points as the principles in the teaching design. The first one is to constitute basic requirements which emphasize the overall development of all the students concerning teaching objectives. The second is to help teachers to truly understand the learners and to decide the starting point of teaching grounded on analyses of the teaching tasks. The third is to stress the importance of creating physical environment in the design of teaching procedures. Meanwhile, it is significant to pay attention to students' procedural experience and the scientific exploration. The fourth is to lay emphasis on the teachers' and students' retrospective evaluation in the teaching evaluation.
