Analysis And Research On The Cultivation Actuality Of Reserve Forces Of Heilongjiang Alpine Skiing

For one country's athletic sports , competition of human resources is no less than competition of science and technology and strength of comprehensive economics. The reason why sports power countries are stonger is that because they attach great importance to Cultivation of reserve forces of young people. Therefore, studying the current Cultivation status of back-up athletes of HeiLongJiang province alpine skiing to promote development of alpine skiing sports of our province and our country, will be of far-reaching significance. In this paper, we investigate and analyze the current status of the reserved athletes and its related areas by using bibliography, quiz, interview and statistics and put forward to constructive measures and provide theoretical basis and reference to further promote the healthy development of the Alpine Skiing of our province. Through inves tigation and study The research results display in the following aspects:Situations of reserved forces of Heilongjiang Province alpine skiing is relatively better to the other provinces, but there is not universal range.Scientific training level of Reserved forces of alpine skiing in HeiLongJiang Province is not high, funds for training is not sufficient, health care, scientific research, logistics support, and other supporting staffs and facilities are not well-established . choosing the reserved forces is relatively scientific, but the range of choosing the reserved forces is narrower , the extent and surface of scientific Selection still need to be further strengthened;the numberof reserved forces are relatively stable, and good, but the number is too small, no smooth transportation situation of reserved forces and imperfect social security system still exist, coaches exchange and learn better, but capacity of scientific research is generally weak, Culture education of reserve forces is relatively weak, the combination between exercise and literacy education is needed to be fortified. the degree and publicity of of the media focusing on the alpine skiing is not enough intense.The countermeasure of the cultivation of reserved forces of HeiLongJiang province Alpine Skiing: Government should increase its alpine skiing project's economic input and raise the level of scientific training and establish and optimize selection and evaluation system of reserved forces of Alpine skiing;to perfect the selection, training and social security mechanism systemof back-up athletics and strengthen the building of the contingent of coaches, and improve the quality of coaches, andcomplete the incentive mechanism of coaches; to establish and perfect training system of combination of exercise and education; perfect competition system and strengthening cooperation with the media.
