Teaching Present Situation Research On Alpine Skiing General Course Of Harbin Sport University

As the only sport university in Heilongjiang Province themed upon ice and snow,Harbinsport university is in the stratosphere in China in terms of research,personnel training,curriculum design,staffing,venues and equipment,etc.related to alpine skiing teaching.The General Alpine Skiing is a compulsory course for students committing to non-skiing majors in Harbin sport university.Particularly,as an important part of the institute's featured courses themed upon ice and snow,the General Alpine Skiing has representativeness and some demonstration effect both in the Northeast Region and throughout China.After years of continuous exploration and practice,Harbin sport universityhas long established a set of teaching systems with its own characteristics,thus greatly giving play to the function of university education in promoting and popularizing skiing in China.However,with the changes of the times,the progress of society,and,especially,the astounding development and improvement of modern ski technology content and teaching methods,the teaching of the General Alpine Skiing in Harbin sport university has been faced with some problems in urgent need of solution.In fact,at present,it has not yet formed a set of very perfect teaching system that can be widely used throughout the country.Therefore,it is urgent to conduct related research on the teaching of skiing,analyzethe problems and causes,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Aiming at the current situation of the alpine skiing general course,this paper uses some study methods such as literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics.Through the investigation and analysis of the questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation,expert interview,communication among teachers and other aspects,in various forms,summed up the main problems existing in the teaching arrangements,the teachers of alpineskiingcourse,teaching facilities and equipment,teaching content and teaching methods.For example,the teaching order of the Wedge Stop Method needs to be adjusted;the current teaching content of the Straight Runs is insufficiently optimized;the teaching of the Gliding Wedge and the Wedge Turns needs to be more detailed;the teaching of Wedge Parallel Turns requires technical updates,etc.At the same time,specific solutions are put forward in view of the above problems: deleting repeated content,adjusting the teaching order of the Wedge Stop Method and Gliding Wedge,adding Athletic Stance,The Four Movements and The Three Phase Turn to the existing content,optimizing and updating the current teaching content and method of Straight Run,Gliding Wedge and Wedge Parallel Turns,etc.The originality of this research is that,according to teaching practice,the problems in the teaching of Alpine skiing areanalyzed in depth and in detail,and some highly operable countermeasures are put forward.Through the research results,By so doing,it tries to broaden the way of thinking for the study of skiing teaching and provide more effective theoretical and practical reference for the management of the related departments.
