The culture of fan is one kind of city culture ,the citizen get happy from it. Jiyuan is one of the most famous basketball city around the country, where a lot people play basketball and there are deep base and strong atmosphere. So many basketball fans grow up and become more loyal. By means of literatures, interviews,questionnaires investigation, surveys ,logical analysis ,mathematics statistic ,this research has carried on the investigation and the analysis about Jiyuan basketball fan's basic situation ,which include age ,sex, occupation ,educational level, income, basketball consumption, basketball fan club and so on .the research indicates: among the Jiyuan basketball fans,19-35 year old of age stage account for 66.7%,the male accounts for 72.60%;the salariat and the student are the main basketball consumer; the fan's educational level include high school(specialized middle school) and undergraduate course(technical college) primarily; The Jiyuan basketball fan's month consumption is mainly below 100 yuan ,the fan who get more money consume more and watch more;the fan which educational level is higher consume more, when they watch basketball game .in the basketball arena, the majority is reasonable, the few does unreasonable behavior ;The Jiyuan basketball fan club's construction is very imperfect .According to the survey result, this research provides corresponding countermeasure and suggestion in accordance with restricting factor for Jiyuan basketball fan's development and development of other place's fan , this research aim is to promote the Chinese basketball development .
