In recent years a lot more people participated in tennis , the universities as the most people participating in sports is so vital to development of tennis in a province even a country . Through the research on distributing of tennis field,quantity of students,present situation of teachers,setting up of courses,present situation of teachings,organization and key effects ,the paper want to find the problem to put forward some available countermeasure and rationalize advice , has the important reference value to development of tennis in Heilongjiang province and innovation of universities P.E. courses in Heilongjiang province . The research has the remarkable meanings and theory value , fill up the blank of this study in Heilongjiang province .The result shows as follow :1. Be subjected to some influences such as economy,weather and the zone etc., development of tennis sports of high school in Heilongjiang province is very unbalanced , parts of universities in Harbin develops better, but a great number of high school of the majority city hasn't yet open this item.2. The keeping fit value of the tennis being approved extensively, the population of the tennis still has the trend of the ascension, the students of high school have strong innovation and good body condition, doubtless are good development object of the tennis sports, so popularization of the high school tennis sports is will be a point in work within the scope of whole province from now on.3. The tennis teachers is a problem of tennis development in high school of Heilongjiang province currently, the development of organization and the tennis club in every high school is worse, the international exchanges is little, the funds devotion is shortage, the publicity of the media isn't enough , the sports level is lower, the research about tennis is bad.4. The development of tennis sports in high school of Heilongjiang province : Related management section of high school should provide more budgets ,construct more places ,make use of a beneficial condition of university and college, use the market mechanism, provide the condition and the opportunity of accepting the training for the tennis teacher ; further perfect tennis courses, strengthen the research of tennis ,develop each kind of club harmoniously , draw on more social funds ,draw up the related tennis develop of policy, enlarge news publicity.
