| With the continuous development of table tennis in China,it not only occupies the leading position in international competitions,but also gets the praise and love of the whole people,which lays a solid foundation for the development of table tennis in China.In terms of the cultivation of the professional table tennis athletes,athletic sports school is important to the growth of the platform,athletes sports school table tennis training quality of high and low will directly affect the quality of talent output end,the Heilongjiang province as one of the main output of table tennis talent in our country,its training to get more attention,also need to be better and faster development.Therefore,based on the competitive sports school table tennis training in Heilongjiang province as the research object,field visits to research,analysis of the main reasons influencing and restricting the development of the table tennis training,and put forward the targeted countermeasures and Suggestions,expecting to provide reference for Heilongjiang province competitive sports school table tennis project development,combining theory with practice,in theory to promote the important goal and the significance of practice.This paper mainly through the literature material law,expert interview,questionnaire method,field survey method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis kinds of methods,such as,according to the survey and the interview situation,summary analysis of Heilongjiang province athletics sports school table tennis training,find table tennis training quality improvement of the four questions,and to solve these problems,put forward with pertinence,feasibility Suggestions.The following conclusions are drawn.First,the distribution of competitive sports schools in Heilongjiang province is unbalanced,with more south and less north,more east and less west,more economically developed regions and less economically implemented regions.There are great differences in infrastructure,financial security and daily management of table tennis projects.Provincial competitive sports schools are in good condition,butmunicipal and county-level competitive sports schools are still in great shortage and need to be strengthened.Second,the resources of table tennis coaches in Heilongjiang competitive sports school are relatively short,the proportion of coaches is low,and nearly 50% of coaches are part-time coaches.The coaches are mainly male and mainly aged from 30 to 39 years old.There is a serious shortage of female coaches.There are few coaches under 30 years old.The comprehensive quality level of coaches is still not high,the educational background is generally low,the number of professional teaching level reached the national level is small,and mainly concentrated in the provincial sports schools.Third,the number of table tennis students in Heilongjiang competitive sports school is relatively large,with a good age composition and gender composition.The duration of participation is mainly 1-5 years.But the cadet class is not high,the athletes are few and far between;Many students do not aim to become professional athletes,resulting in their participation enthusiasm is not high;City,county sports school students have few opportunities to participate in the competition,serious lack of competition experience;The contradiction in training is still outstanding,which brings great trouble and pressure to students.Fourth,Heilongjiang competitive sports school table tennis training is still mainly based on the traditional training mode,talent selection is mainly from the next level of competitive sports school selection,training content mainly includes technical training,physical training,competition training,table tennis theoretical knowledge,on the whole,the training is more formal.But at the same time,there are many problems in the training,such as the rough setting of the training plan,the content of the training is relatively simple,and the training schedule is not scientific and reasonable. |
