The Heilongjiang Province city middle and high school's soccer level is a miniature of our country's soccer development.Studies the Heilongjiang Province city middle and high school's soccer develop level could promote Heilongjiang Province city middle and high school's soccer level and also provides a reference to cultivate our country's young soccer reserve talented person.This thesis has made an investigation and analysis by means of literature materials,questionnaires investigation,mathemati statistics and the logical analytic method. This study conducts research on some middle schooles in cities of Heilongjiang province:Following is the conclusion drawn out of the investigation:Although most city primary and middle school in Heilongjiang province have arranged soccer class,but arranged for a few hours. the training fund is insufficiency and the chances of competition to each soccer team is few every year and the soccer sports competition organization is imperfect.Most soccer teacher in the city of Heilongjiang Province get a undergraduate diploma .It is important cause that soccer is not popularized in theprimary and middl school in the city of Heilongjiang Province.Based on the studying result above,the author put forward corresponding countermeasure about the development of primary and middle school soccer level in the city of Heilongjiang Province:Have a foothold farsighted,Change the old idea.The school should strengthen manage the soccer course.Government departments should take cares about school soccer development and increase the fund to support it.Perfect the system of cultivate of soccer reserve talented person.Build rational soccer reserve talented person training and transporting system.Take athletes way out seriously and build perfect guarantee mechanism.
