Junior high school mathematics course takes the consciousness of applied mathematics as one of the curricular targets, which is the inevitable trend of reform in mathematics education, and the request for development. But it also brings a series of problems, which worthy of thorough research to the lately curricular teaching in junior high school: (1) What is the meaning and target that mathematics blends with other subjects? And what's the instructional function ?(2) Which part of the mathematicses befits to blend with other subjects? (3) What principles we should follow when blends mathematics with other subjects? (4) How carry on the teaching design of subjects amalgamation?which experiences worthy of using for reference at home and abroad ? (5) What is the main difficulty and obstacle for junior high school teachers to carry out the amalgamation teaching currently? Etc..This research tries to dicuss the above-mentioned problems both from the theory and the practice.This paper mainly divides into three parts.The first part includes literature review and document analyse, which aims to clarify the meaning of subjects amalgamation, the value to learn, its theoretic basic and the object of the teaching in subjects amalgamation ;To look back our country and other nations' research about the teaching in subjects amalgamation and its actuality;To scan the request of the mathematics course's standard of Nine-year Compulsory Education to the teaching in subjects amalgamation in grade 7 and 8. The second part analyzes the meaning and the objects that we carry out the amalgamation teaching between mathematics and other subjects in grade 7-8.simultaneity,and carry out some research on the amalgamation case stated in the current textbook published by ECNU and the situation of applying amalgamation in local classes using the textbook .And on the basis of which it summarize the contents that can actualize amalgamation teaching in grade 7-8' mathematics.In addition,it also brings forward the principles of amalgamation teaching,and analyzes some cases,which aims to guide teachers to practise better in teaching.Based on the practice that blending mathematics with other objects, the third part raises some suggestions for writting teaching material and related teachers'training.
