At present, the international comparison of mathematics education has become one of the key points, hot topic, more and more attention of scholars at home and abroad. The textbook is used as a carrier for the primary and secondary education, in a certain level reflect the teaching content and design concept. The textbook quality, directly affect the students’ "learning" and "teaching" teacher, therefore, to strengthen the research on the textbook, has important theoretical significance to improve the level of textbooks. "Number and Algebra" is the main primary school mathematics curriculum in australia. At present our country to the number of primary school mathematics curriculum, textbook study in Australia is not much, but the current research is only at the macro level, not deep into the micro level of in-depth study materials.In this study, from the teaching perspective, by Chinese person teaching edition and Australia’s Mathematics two sets of primary school textbooks as an example, in the "standard" as the basis, using content analysis method and comparative method, using the history of Ning, difficulty coefficient model of Kong Fanzhe, from China’s "Curriculum Standards" and "Vitoria of Australia Australia the elementary school mathematics curriculum standard" with the comparison, respectively, compared to Sino Australian textbooks from two angles of macroscopic and microscopic, and with microscopic comparison. Finally, conclusions compared more than two based on the macro and micro level, summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the two content compilation of textbook, and the compiling of the teaching material of our country in the future put forward the improvement suggestions.
