The study examines the relationship between the class and it's member by means of observing the class's daily life and interviewing the children and the teachers.The teachers act as an important role in the class. Their values and educational believes decide the class atmosphere. Unfortunately, in the practical kindergarten education, teachers believe that the order,uniformity and the rules are essential characteristics of a class. Thus the rules and order are valued over the individual child. So they try hard to maintain a seemingly harmonious class without conflict through promoting the lifestyle of collective pattern and the collective routine,setting good examples,punishing bad behavior and so on.The teachers' acquaintance about the individual child is limited in eating habits,health condition and learning attitude. And they label the children into several sorts, such as stupid,smart,annoying and so on.Their education believes makes children feel depressed,constrained and insulted, which makes them avoid going to the kindergarten and even hate it. The kindergarten becomes a jail for the children rather than a paradise for fun.Therefore, harmonious class relationship is an urgent problem in preschool education and a precondition of children's healthy development. To solve it, the teachers should pay more attention to the individual child, respect their differences, teach children in accordance of the aptitude to reconstruct the relationship between the class and individual.
