Since 1980s, studying of interaction between teachers and children gradually draw the attention of scholars at home and abroad. Interaction between teachers and children not only promote the development of teacher's specialization also the needed of the development of children. It influences the re- build of the relationship between teachers and children, and reflects the essence of teaching, and becomes an important topic at home and abroad. At present, there are some researches on it in China, but there is no systematical dissertation and substantial research .The collective teaching activities of kindergarten are an organic component of the teaching activates of kindergarten. It is a progress which children acquires knowledge and skills, cultivate fine emotion and socialize, and also an important sconce that the interaction happens between teachers and children. Studying on interaction between teachers and children in collective teaching activates of kindergarten not only can explain its features and values, enrich the theoretical knowledge, but also can supply scientific basis for deeply innovation and the building of active interaction between teachers and children.Part one, the connotations, features and values of interactive activates between teachers and children in the collective teaching activities of kindergarten. First analyzes scholar's reorganization about the collective teaching actives of kindergarten and the interactive actives between teachers and children. On the basis of these analyses, author comes up understandings about the connotations to it. Then, author expounds the cognitions of the features of it, and analyzes the values.Part two, the current situation of the interactive between teachers and children in the collective teaching actives of kindergarten. This part mainly uses the method of observation to analyze the current situation of the collective teaching activities in the kindergarten in the dimensions of subject, content and property of the interaction between teachers and children.Part three, the problems and reasons of the interaction between teachers and children existed in the collective teaching actives of kindergarten. This part attempts to explore the problems existed in the interaction between teachers and children under such background of the analysis of the current situation of the interaction between teachers and children in the collective teaching actives of kindergarten, and try to find out reason to the problems.Part four,the building of the interaction between teachers and children in the collective teaching actives of kindergarten. This part mainly want to propose proper suggestions for building good interaction between teachers and children, which by building a good evaluation of kindergarten mechanism, improving teachers'professional quality, changing the teacher's concept, improving the level of teacher's questions, changing from asking by teachers to exchanging.
