The 21st century is not only a century full of the unknown changes, but also a knowledge one that has the ability of survival , coexistence and harmonious development through modern education, economic and management tools institute. To be invincible in such a competitive century, knowledge has become the primary productive forces, and the talents, as a vector of knowledge, has become a necessary chip for the survival and development. The key of personnel training is teachers, and the most competitive high-level professionals need foster a high level of university teachers. That how to do a good job in the management of university teachers and how to build a contingent of high-quality university teachers has become the common concern of the important issues covered of today's world.China has taken in thinking of management from the university of western on the basis of taking into account the national reality since the founding, has accumulated rich experience in the management to teachers and has made important contributions to the development of teachers as well. However, with the development of the times, this traditional management models can not fully meet the needs of the situation, the secondary concept upper, system upper still operating mechanism upper all have shown a series of drawbacks . Meanwhile , management theory is developing rapidly, among which the "harmonious management" has shown many advantages and drawn more and more people' s attention,, As an important element in the university, how should community in the management of teachers be to correctly meet these theories? How to fully integrate their own choices and learn from these practical theories for a better way? Or are there better innovation? This study is to analyse the existing problems and the reasons of the university teachers in the management, and, to take corresponding measures based on this analysis from administrative harmonious angle. Mainly include the following four parts:The first part of this study was to clarify the background and significance of the study , and the relevant management theory and research on the management of university teachers situation was reviewed, related concepts were defined as well.The second part set off from thinking of a harmonious to combing classical and modern , Chinese and foreign harmony managing thought , set forth administrative harmonious connotation, and carried out analysis on four key elements such as philosophy, objectives, systems and methods.The third part main analysed the problems and reasons for them of the current management of university teachers from the perspective of a harmonious management of the problem for university teachers.The fourth part was to build a harmonious management of university teachers, including a teacher-centered concept of a harmonious system, the establishment of personal goals and organizational goals harmonious integration of management objectives , harmonious management system including the establishment of training system , performance assessment system, incentive system, pay system, and harmonious methods of the management.
