The curriculum reform success's or failure's key is decided to a certain extent by the teacher. Teacher's education idea, the knowledge structure, ability quality can affect the effect which the curriculum implements. The new mathematics curriculum takes on some characteristics that differ from the traditional one in the value, the type, the methods of acquisition and the scope of knowledge for choice: The target breaks the traditional rule of teaching only for the growth of "knowledge, skill", and establishes the 3D aim of knowledge and skill process and methods, the emotional attitude and value; The content has changed from the ending knowledge to the process knowledge, the way of producing knowledge and experienced knowledge; The way students' learning has changed from "acceptance" and "delivery" of to "construction" and "exploration";criteria for the scope of knowledge have also changed from "subject-centered" aim to integration". These changes call for renewing the aim of "organic and developing the professional knowledge structure of high school physics teachers.The full text altogether divides into six parts:The first part: Proposed the research reason, needs to discuss question.The second part: Anew the old curriculum's characteristic's comparison discusses under the new curriculum field of vision to the middle school mathematics teacher's knowledge structure development request.The third part: To the teacher specialized knowledge present situation's investigation, analyzes the disparity which teacher's knowledge and the new curriculum's request still existed.The fourth part: Discussed the knowledge structure which in detail under the new curriculum request the middle school mathematics teacher should have.The fifth part: Summarizes in front each chapter of analysis in the foundation, proposed that optimizes the teacher knowledge structure the suggestion.The sixth part: The concluding remark, proposed waits for in the question which further discusses.
