In the current rapid development of science and technology, manual sharp decline in the mental work to gradually increase the period of transition, Hunan urban community residents' lifestyle has undergone tremendous changes. People enjoy social progress to bring fruits. At the same time, some bad lifestyle caused by various diseases of modern civilization has come. Therefore, advocating a healthy lifestyle—Sports lifestyles, and promoting spiritual civilization and material civilization coordinated development, its importance is self-evident.In this paper, community sports, urban lifestyle, sports lifestyle general theory start using a questionnaire survey of the literature data, mathematical statistics, in the Hunan city sports lifestyle community residents on the basis of survey, analysis of the impact of Hunan Urban residents in the community sports lifestyle factors, a city in Hunan Construction of community sports lifestyle measures, and residents of urban communities in Hunan Province sports lifestyle development trend was predicted.The study shows that: Hunan province strong as a competitive sport and sports lifestyle has not been overwhelming majority of residents in urban communities generally accepted by the urban community residents to participate in physical exercise, watch sports competitions, sports consumption in large numbers. Construction of Hunan city sports lifestyle community residents, urban community residents need to cultivate correct values of sport; play a guiding role in the government's macroeconomic formulate relevant policies, development of the sports undertaking and further strengthen community sports publicity and education work, stimulating the enthusiasm of residents to participate in sports activities; perfect community sports organizations, development of sports and the economy.
