Investigation And Research On Urban Community Sports Of Qingdao

Community sports as the inevitable product of a certain stage of socialdevelopment,community sports development is an important way to promote thematerial and spiritual civilization,and it is an important part of sports undertakings inChina can not be ignored,the community sports development is directly related to thephysical and mental health of community residents,it should be enough to arouse ourattention.This paper the use of literature,questionnaire,interview,field trips to observe thelaw,comparative law mathematical statistics method sociology and sports sciencetheoretical cornerstone constitute the basic concepts from the research communitysports and factor analysis,seven district of Qingdao are two main forms of communitysports-community sports clubs and sports and cultural activities center SamplingSurvey on the status of community sports participants.The form of community-basedorganizations,community sports activities form type situation,venue facilities situationfunding,community sports instructor level status of the research and analysis of thepreliminary investigation.In order to objectively reflect the status of Qingdao UrbanCommunity Sports.On the basis of this study,the development of Qingdao UrbanCommunity Sports the feasibility of the proposal,which provides a constructive basisfor decision-making and theory.For the management department of Qingdao UrbanCommunity Sports attempt to provide a valuable reference for the future developmentof the Urban Community Sports.The results show that:(A) The Qingdao Urban Community Sports is a sub-district offices under theexecutive-ed and community sports organizations and community residents toparticipate in the management system,sub-district offices,community sports club orSport Cultural Center is a community sports management department workagencies,community street has a few special management community sports,and thedivision of responsibilities of the regulatory agencies are not clear. (B) The organizational form of the Qingdao Urban Community has not yetformed a multi-faceted,multi-level network of community sportsorganizations.Organizational form to the masses spontaneously formed andself-management based,loosely morning and evening exercise as the main form ofactivities,sports civil society as a major sports organizations,the form and structure ofthe organization is not perfect,not composed of city,district,communities such asmulti-level community organizations network.(C) The age of the Qingdao Community Sports organizations and managersmainly middle-aged managers gender proportion of males was higher in women,lowcultural level of qualifications of managers.The higher proportion of women to men inthe morning and evening exercises point managers.Education levels of the organizersof the sports organizations have greatly improved.Community Sports Instructors agesex ratio of the basic structure is reasonable,as the main features of most of thecommunity sports instructors are unpaid volunteer.(D) The Qingdao Urban community sports’ participants,the crowd of participantsas well as morning and evening exercises point are primarily mainly old people,andthe participants of the sports associations for most middle-aged people.(E) The Qingdao Urban Community Sports’ activities being mainly dominatedby the day-to-day and sports activities’ plan.The daily sports activities are mainlynon-competitive sports activities planned sports events to sports competitions andcultural and sports exchanges.(F) Time and scale of activities mainly medium the Qingdao urban communitiesrich in various types of sports venues,but the enterprises are concentrated in thesurrounding school,with the vast majority of communities have their own facilitiesunder the jurisdiction of venue,activity funding source be narrowerchannels,insufficient number of funds.(G) The Qingdao Urban Community residents to participate in community sportsactivities purpose motivation to enhance the physical and mental health and increasesocial interaction.(H) By studying the R factor analysis,the study identified seven main factors toaffect Qingdao Urban Community sports development factors.Turn divided according to their degree of importance factor of economic conditions,socialenvironmental,policy and regulation,and the factor of the natural environment,culturalenvironment,fitness motivation and lifestyle factors.
