As the mother tongue teaching in China, Chinese teaching in junior high school not only undertakes the important discipline duty, but also inherits the traditional Chinese culture and civilizes people. It has being paid attention seriously for long-term, and the general teacher of Chinese has made enough efforts on this field. However, as one independent discipline more than 100 years, Chinese course was not so perfect as to be denounced repeatedly, and even arose social discussions about Chinese teaching many times, which focused on destination, task and teaching benefit improving of Chinese teaching.Therefore, the main purpose of this research was to explore the methods to raise teaching benefit of Chinese course in junior high school,and change the present situation of"high consumes but low efficiency". In the meantime, this research would seek an easy, feasible and universal suitable educational model for general teacher to refer, which realized the scientific and optimizing classroom instruction and enhanced the student's skill and capability on Chinese which was benefit for their lifelong studies.Because it made the students realize"self-directed learning, self-monitored learning, self-adjusted learning"in the learning process, self-regulated learning, which had changed student's study method practically, raised the learning benefit, and laid a good foundation for student's lifelong study, was widely being pay more attention in the world and gradually entered the people's research field. The second phase of course revolution carrying on our country now is issued "self-regulated learning, independent research, cooperation and innovation" as the breach and "based on the development of students" as the key idea, which is the progress of education and the request of time.Therefore, the research comprehensively and thoroughly discussed self-regulated learning in its connotation, characteristic, psychology foundation, pedagogy foundation, principle and strategy, and the student's bodily and psychological condition in junior high school. What's more, derived the nutrition from the effective educational models, the research explored a self-regulated learning model suitable for Chinese classroom in junior high school, which was deciding the goal independently-self-study the article-teacher indicating-self-adjustment-self summarizing. The research took some successful examples of self-consciously using the principle and strategy of self-regulated learning in teaching practice to demonstrate that self-regulated learning was one effective method to improve Chinese teaching benefit in junior high school. The conclusion provided reference for Chinese teachers using self-regulated learning method in their practice.It is noteworthy that: The theory research of self-regulated learning has surmounted the practice research, and various reasons fettered the teacher's practices such as taking exam and teaching appraisal. Therefore, we appeal loose and positive social atmosphere in order that Chinese teaching practice and research could go to a new stage.
