Since the 1980s, Self-regulated learning has become a hot issue in the field of western educational psychology and studying psychology, but also a major bright spot of social cognitive theory . The empirical research in combination with physics to bring up senior high school students develop self-adjustment ability is still very rare in domestic. In this paper, based on current domestic educational background and learning theory and the analysis of the status quo of students' learning, the significance and necessity to bring up a culture of self-regulating ability is proposed, meanwhile by the idea of "self-regulated learning cycle model," to explore how this model better penetration in Physics Teaching, The main features of the students learn self-regulation is analyzed. The conditions for the "self-regulated learning cycle model" introduced to classroom teaching, the main differences between self-regulatory teaching and traditional teaching, the principles and guidelines to train self-regulated learning in physical teaching are brought forward in this paper. At the end, "self-regulated learning cycle model" is used in practice of student's normal physics learning activities and problem solving skills, we find that the academic performance of students improved indeed with bringing up the ability of self-regulation.In my opinion, in the process of disciplines teaching, it is very necessary to train student with self-regulated learning cycle mode based on disciplines features. In normal physics teaching activities, the ability to learn self-regulation of students can be developed as long as we adhere to a consciousness of the self-regulated learning cycle model training.
