The national education of China falls behind Han nationality relatively,and the studying achievement of their students has been in a disadvantaged position. So to eliminate their learning disability and improve their studying achievement is a major subject for educational anthropology. Taking the students of minorities in Guangxi University for Nationality as a case,and through the field survey,the paper studies the learning disabilities of poor students from the ethnic groups in ethnic universities and colleges. Through introducing the current situation of the poor students,and analyzing its manifestations and reasons,the paper puts forward countermeasures to change the situation.The whole thesis is divided into five parts:Part one;introduction. In this part,the paper introduces the reasons,research status at home and broad,meanings,aims,methods and theories of the study. Part two;ethnic universities and colleges and the present situation of their poor students. This part is a brief introduction of ethnic universities and colleges, including the scale, daily life, and study and psychology situation of the poor students. Part three;analysis of the learning disability of the poor students in ethnic universities and colleges. In this part, the paper analyzes learning disability of the poor students and the reasons caused from psychological, cultural and economic aspects. Part four;the countermeasures to improve the studying achievements. According to the learning disabilities for them, the thesis puts forward the corresponding measures. Part five;conclusion. This part is about the writer's theoretical thinking during the writings.
