Research On The Combination Of Funding And Educating Students From Poor Families In Colleges And Universities

With the rapid development of China's higher education, the popularization of higher education deepened, and the expanding scale of higher education, the disadvantaged groups, that is, the university students from the poor families also expand subsequently. At present, how to solve the group of poor students'economic problem, help them growing and become a useful person in colleges and universities becomes a problem which is concerned about. Simultaneously,in order to reinforce and improve the way of providing financial aid and moral education for students in colleges, our country always emphasizes that the commencement of providing financial aid for students from poor families in colleges should insists on educating students is the top priority, and providing financial aid is the method. It is encouraged to explore new methods to start providing financial aid and educating students'in colleges in current circumstances.Therefore, from the current situation of the school subsidy for poor students in colleges, this paper explores abundant educational resources in the university students' aid policy, and finds the effective combination of funding and educating people. Firstly, the writer makes a study on the theories related with the combination of funding and educating people. The writer holds that social harmony, education justice, public services equality and people-centered education are the theoretical basis of the research on the mode of the combination of funding and educating people. Next, the writer introduces the general information of the school subsidy for poor university students briefly, investigates and analyzes the current situation of the combination of funding and educating people in universities by using interviews and network information search, and then summarizes the progress on the combination. Meanwhile, the writer points out some main problems including making too much of material assistance but less of "spiritual poverty", various funding forms, weak links in educating, making too much of unidirectional help for the poor students, lack of subjectivity, work dispersion, and the favorable educational pattern has not been formed, etc. Finally, the writer puts forward to construct the mode of the combination of funding and educate people positively, holds that the country, universities and society must play the main body role in mobilizing the poor students'enthusiasm fully and exerting their subjectivity through the construct.
