"Poor student" is the modern education objective existence of a special group,they are the education and transformation of the construction of harmonious campus,embodies the concept of people-oriented is an important work. In recent years, the attention about the transformation of poor student question on education, education first-line teachers also actively involved in the transformation of poor student, for our study provides a poor student much valuable experience.But from the current actual situation, poor student is still a teacher is the most difficult problem, in view of the poor student teaching, mostly stay in the foundation level, it is difficult to fundamentally solve the present situation of poor student groups.Based on this, a different approach in this paper, from the Angle of improve learning ability, in order to fully tap the root cause of poor student learning disabilities, and solve the poor student is not willing to learn, don’t want to learn, not learn. In this paper, by means of questionnaire and interview to high school Chinese poor student as the research object, on the basis of collecting, sorting and analyzing the data, through a lot of literature review, summarizes the poor student learning ability is low in four aspects:Insufficient cordiality drive system to strengthen, learning to perform system level is not high, self-regulation system strength is not strong, intelligence system factors coordination ability is insufficient.Paper the first chapter is the introduction part, mainly discusses the topic selection of origin, the core of the concept, the related research both at home and abroad, the paper research content, the innovation points and research methods.The second chapter explains theoretical basis to promote the poor student learning force, the rationality and necessity from the theoretical level for paper. Mainly include the theory of multiple intelligence theory, lifelong education and lifelong learning,\"learning\" IN theory, etc.The third chapter is a survey report on the state of the poor student learning ability, from the Angle of reality, looking for the main performance of the poor student learning ability is low, through data collection, sorting and analysis, to explore the causes of poor student learning disabilities.The fourth chapter is on the basis of questionnaire survey, analyzed the cause of the poor student learning ability is low, mainly from two aspects of external cause and internal cause to explain, mainly from four system illustrates the internal cause of the manifestation, namely cordiality drive system, implementation system, self-regulation system and intelligence system.The fifth chapter is in the fourth chapter, on the basis of in-depth analysis of causes of poor student from a line of teachers’teaching experience, starting from the language discipline specific problems, the problems produced four systems to optimize and adjust effectively.Drive affective system mainly through the guidance of teachers’value and non-intelligence factors system group effect into full play;Promote self-regulation system measures mainly include time management, optimization of learning environment, learning the arrangement of the content, the utilization of learning from and learning state regulation, etc.;Learning execution system optimization through sequencing only four stages directional setting method-assess to operation, from the reinforcement learning analysis, grasp the starting point to refine the learning goals, clear learning AIDS to navigation, based on an analysis of the learning content choice learning method to implement scientific evaluation, feedback learning effect, four steps manufacturing.through, comprehensive solution to the problem of poor student will not learn;Learn through the intelligence system thinking ability, imagination, intensive observation and to develop further to improve the learning ability of poor student.This is the logical structure and main content of this paper.Through the research on the language teaching strategy to promote the poor student learning force, hope to find a new way for the poor student research, contribute strength for more poor student out of the learning problems.
