A Study On The Question Of Development Of The Ethnic Area Talent Resources In The Process Of Building A Harmonious Society

China has entered the building a socialist harmonious society in the new period at present, how to develop the talent resources in the ethnic areas and make the talent resources to play a greater role in building a harmonious society in this context, has become the topics which urgent to be solved in building a socialist harmonious society in China. This thesis have discussed the inner link of development of the talent resources and build a harmonious society in the ethnic area, the conclusion is that development of the talent resources is the key to build a harmonious society in the ethnic areas, it will benefit to study on the development of the abundant talent resources and build a harmonious society in China, too.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part has expounded the characteristic of the talent resources and the foundational status in building harmonious society in the ethnic areas. The second part mainly narrated some questions about the development of talent resources in building harmonious society in the ethnic area, and has carried on the analysis of these questions. The third part elaborated the main countermeasure of the development of talent resources in building a harmonious society in the ethnic area. So the key to the development of talent resources is promoting the quality of the population, should develop various forms of education and training to reach the whole improvement of talent resources quality in the ethnic area. The important route of the development of talent resources is to set up and improve high-efficient, scientific talent resources mechanisms of management in the ethnic area. Should innovative the system to attract the talents, use the talents, firmly retain the talents and make good use of talents.
