Harmonious campus is the epitome of harmonious society. Carrying out the duty of bringing up elitist, information innovation and public service, it provides for building harmonious campus by intellect and person with ability. Harmonious campus means to build a relevant undergraduate incentive mechanism in university. The research on undergraduate incentive mechanism is a new question in the filed of higher education. Though there are many lucubrate incentive theories in the developed Hesperian Countries, which applied to the filed of higher education were not prevalent.
