After entering the 21st century,China’s private education has ushered in a high-speed development,benefiting from the acceleration of globalization,English training is unique in the private education industry.It not only has the largest market share in the private education industry,but also leads the development of the private education and training industry in China.In the development of private English training institutions in China for more than 20 years,it has gradually formed a unique teaching mode to adapt to the examination oriented education in China.The enterprise mode has also changed from scattered family training to today’s group operation.It can be said that the business mode of training institutions in China has been improved.However,in recent years,China’s education and training institutions are generally facing the dilemma of core staff turnover.The main reason for this phenomenon is that the education and training institutions do not build a suitable incentive mechanism for core staff.As a typical enterprise in the education industry,H company is also facing the loss of core employees.This paper takes H company as the research object to explore the optimization of incentive mechanism of core employees in education enterprises.This paper first introduces the related concepts of core employees and motivation,focusing on the theory of human capital,the theory of hierarchy of needs,the theory of career management and the theory of career personality matching.Then,this paper summarizes the general situation of the development of education enterprises and the current situation of motivation mechanism of core employees,and points out that the existing salary incentive mechanism is unreasonable,the career management system is not perfect Neglect the humanized enterprise culture construction,lack the specialized training system and the unscientific performance appraisal mechanism;secondly,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to educate the core employees of the enterprise,including improving the salary and welfare,building a sound career management system,strengthening the enterprise culture,optimizing the training system and strengthening the scientific performance appraisal mechanism;finally,this paper This paper puts forward the system guarantee for the optimization of the incentive mechanism of the core staff in the education enterprise,which is from three angles: the system guarantee,the technology guarantee and the communication guarantee.
