A Study On The Family Statuses About The Hostesses Of Family Enterprises In The Village

From the start of reform and opening up,the rural areas,especially in the east part,appear plenty of township enterprises and village companies.This phenomenon not only influences the material lives level of the countryside but also improves the economical position level of the rural area in macroscopic,meanwhile,which bring a lot of job opportunities for women living in the countryside in a far-ranging.Village women participate in economical development and raise their financial status,in a sense,which have changed the lifestyles of peasants and altered much relationship among the rural families.The change of village social lifestyles as well as the improvement of female economical status has affected the behavioral norms, lifestyles,values and so on of village family members,meanwhile,which has caused village family relation coming to equality and democracy,has brought about ascending on the household status of the rural women.This paper takes the structure interview on the field of the working situation and the family status about 51 hostesses of family enterprises in F village,Shandong Province,furthermore carries on penetrate deeply interviews for six cases.By means of that,we hope to put emphasis on analyzing the effects as well as performances of these rural women in the course of launching and expanding their family enterprises, and which leads to the influences on their family status.This article includes five chapters:Introduction Part:Give a brief introduction on the origin and sense of this research.Part One:Introduce the background of theory and the related contents of this essay.A brief documents retrospect of rudimentary.The retrospection is mainly on the family status of rural women,meanwhile,gives some introductions and commentaries on a few of research achievements coming from domestic academic circles currently. Part Two:Clarify and definite the related concept in this paper.Part Three:Introduce the research methods of this essay.Chapter Two:Introduce the F village's fundamental conditions on family enterprises' development.Analyze the influence of women,especially the hostesses of family enterprises in F village about family enterprises' development.Chapter Three:Introduce the condition of the investigation on the family status bout hostesses of family enterprises in F villageChapter Four:Analyze the reasons of improving the family status on hostesses of family enterprises in F village.In addition,study the obstacles and problems existed in the course of improving their family statuses about the hostesses of family enterprises in F village,which include that the exterior and the interior environment problems.Moreover,proposing some relevant responsible tactics.Chapter Five:Summarize the condition of the investigation on the family status bout hostesses of family enterprises in F village while bring up the opinion and suggestion of this paper.
