Object 1.Research whether sIgA is a useful maker on training intensity or not. 2. Put down the count on URTI, looking there is a correlation between sIgA level and URTI or not. If it did, try to find a landmark value. 3. Take a correlation analysis between sIgA level and traditional diagnose overtraining index, studying it is can be a new sensitive index to diagnose sports fatigue. 4. Take a correlation analysis between sIgA level and traditional systemic immunity index, investigating it is can be a sensitive index to diagnose systemic immunity by salivary antibody. 5. First level and second level athletes have different in their ages and training years, researching whether there is different in their sIgA level result from training years or not. Method Select 11 first level and 7 second level swimming athlete in Zhejiang Province, testing sIgA,CK,BU,T and C biochemistry index during the ten week's experiment time. Result 1 .The result demonstrates sIgA is very sensitive to the training intensity. Intensity gets up, sIgA concentration increase; Intensity get down, sIgA concentration decrease. 2. There is no significant correlation between sIgA concentration and URTI in first level athletes, in second level athletes the correlation is increase. 3. According to the result, no significant correlation between sIgA concentration and traditional overtraining index. 4. There is also no significant correlation between salivary antibody concentration and systemic immunity index. 5. Although first and second level athletes have significant different between ages and training yeas, but it is not exist in their sIgA concentration. Conclusion 1.sIgA concentration is a very useful marker for training intensity. 2. When the sIgA concentration below 90ug/ml, the probability of URTI increase in second level athletes. 3. There is no significant correlation between sIgA concentration and traditional overtraining maker, need a deep research to confirm it. 4. No significant correlation between salivary antibody concentration and systemic immunity index, suggesting there is different between mucosal and systemic immunity. 5. No significant different between first and second level athletes in sIgA concentration, may be it result from training adaptation, nutrition and any other factors.
