Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Teaching In Chengdu Swimming Clubs

Swimming training in Chengdu began in the early 1980 s.The swimming club has now become the main form of swimming training,which promotes the popularity and development of swimming.Studying the teaching of swimming clubs can help improve the quality of service and management of swimming clubs.It also helps to attract the public to participate in swimming,improve physical fitness and health,and enrich the amateur life.This paper investigates the contents of swimming swimming teaching content,teaching methods and teaching safety issues through literature data method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method and interview method,and finds The training points of Chengdu Swimming Club are widely distributed and the number is large,providing a good environment and service for public training and fitness.Swimming clubs adopt a service-oriented teaching mode,which is different from the compulsory learning mode of swimming sports schools and schools swimming classes.The swimming club sets different teaching goals according to the students' learning motivation,and can select appropriate teaching methods according to the teaching objectives;Coaches can apply modern swimming teaching methods such as rhythm breathing method to teaching,speed up the students to master swimming skills;Most clubs have begun to use the advanced bone conduction swimming teaching machine to realize the real-time guidance of the coaches on the technical movements of the students during the swimming.The swimming club also has the following problems in teaching: 1.The coaches of the club are more mobile,which is likely to cause disjointed teaching;2.Some clubs have not established a safety management system.The safety awareness of coaches is relatively weak,and there are certain safety hazards;3.Swimming club teaching content pays more attention to the improvement of competitive swimming technology,relatively neglect the cultivation of survival skills;4.The teaching practice density is not enough,the coach's teaching organization ability needs to be improved;5.Coaches and students,parents are not fully communicated,affecting teaching feedback.The recommendations are as follows: 1.The swimming club should provide courses on practical swimming techniques,organize coaches to retrain,encourage coaches to innovate,delve into teaching methods,scientifically formulate a variety of teaching curriculum plans,and guide students to insist on swimming learning;2.The coaches improve their teaching level from the three dimensions of swimming special technology,professional theoretical knowledge and teaching practice,use new media to establish communication channels with trainees and parents,and pay attention to teaching feedback;3.The government departments should develop a corresponding management system to regulate the management of swimming clubs,organize excellent swimming club selection activities and swimming coaches teaching skills competition.
