Objective: Based on the means of exercise physiology, the 12 female squash player during the transition period, the preparation period and competition of some blood indexes and saliva index monitoring research. Methods: the blood test indicators including hemoglobin(RBC), hematocrit(HCT), creatine kinase(CK), blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and determination of saliva index including alpha amylase(SAA), salivary cortisol(c), salivary alpha amylase / cortisol ratio(AOC). During the experiment the blood index in the morning fasting, did not do any exercise case selection, saliva index daily sampling for 5 times, and the use of RESTQ on the athletes psychology questionnaire survey stress recovery. Results: 1 players are in the transition period, the preparation period, competition period of serum creatine kinase significant(P < 0.05). 2, athletes increased significantly in the preparation period, competition period of amylase secretion and arousal is the basic training of Zhou Qingchen(P < 0.01). 3, to reveal the diurnal variation in cortisol levels, the athletes in the preparation period, competition period of salivary cortisol secretion was significantly decreased(P < 0.01), the reaction is slow awakening. 4, female athletes have increased in the preparation period, competition period of AOC, and negatively correlated with alpha amylase, cortisol, special motor recovery score. Conclusions:(1) with increasing load training, will induce the female squash player two stress asymmetry and overreaction of the HPA system passivation reaction with and Sam system, the athletes’ psychological changes and functional state of decline are related to two of the stress system asymmetry.(2) in monitoring blood indexes, athletes were significantly higher in the preparation period, the game of creatine kinase level than that of the transitional period, blood urea nitrogen levels showed no significant difference, suggesting that in the monitoring of female squash player training load should be based on the index of serum creatine kinase.(3) in saliva index of the monitoring process, the athletes in the preparation period and competition period of cortisol awakening response(CAR) and total cortisol levels / overall alpha amylase ratio(AOC) than that of the transitional period changed significantly. It is suggested that the cortisol awakening response and total cortisol level / total alpha amylase level could be used as a measure of the adaptation to the training load during the preparation period and the competition period. In the future, the comprehensive psychological and physiological methods to test, analyze and evaluate the performance of individual athletes, ensure the healthy growth of athletes and prevent the occurrence of sports fatigue.
