The Research On Career Self-efficacy And Career Layout Of Private Vocational College Students In Southern Jiangsu Area

By arranging and analyzing relative documents, based on relative research from home and abroad, and combined with the result of open questionnaire surveys and talks, the researcher revises the "gauges on self-efficacy on college students' caree" and "garges on college students' caree life layout" according to the establishment principle and requiments. 1200 college students of vocational technical college of Suzhou university, Wuxi nanyang vocational technical college , Jingjiang department of Jiangsu university and Nanxu department of Jiangsu technical university are included as the representitives of private universities in southern Jiangsu area, so as to analyze the conditions of self-efficacy and caree life layout of private college students, at the same time to carry out relative research on corelations of the two conditions.By analyzing the questionair survey and talks, the reseacher reaches these conclusions as follows:(1) Among the effects of different background on the sense of caree self-efficacy of students in private universities, seven arguments, such as birth places, sex, grade, major, caree standard,self expection and family education method can constitute striking differences.(2) Among the effects of different background on the sense of caree life layout of students in private universities, six arguments, such as birth places, sex, grade, major, family economic conditions can constitute striking differences.(3) It is positively correlated between caree self-efficacy general schedule and sub schedule of students in private universities and caree life layout general schedule and sub schedule(4) It has reached striking positely correlated between general scores of caree life and differences of scores on the students in terms of fine and not-so-good caree self effiency.(5) Five elements in caree self-effiency, such as caree preparation, caree selection,usage advantage, conflict solvement and caree anti-frustration, have positive predictment effects on students' caree life layout.(6) Six elements, such as self-recognition, self-improvement, caree exploration, personal relationship, caree preparation and modification have some effects on predicting caree self-efficacy, and also are positively correlatied.
