Heilongjiang Province, Colleges And Universities Spatial Layout

This article systematically reviewed the history and current situation of the space layout of general colleges in Heilongjiang Province, and profoundly analyzed the existing problems and many factors impacting on the space layout of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang, and finally put forward three guiding ideologies, five layout principles and proposals on six aspects, which are aimed to optimize the space layout of general colleges in Heilongjiang Province. The specific proposal is to target the reasonable space allocation on the development of higher education; to rationality formulate the plan of general colleges layout in different regions of Heilongjiang Province; to fully show the important role of the relevant government's macroeconomic regulation and control function on the reasonable layout of colleges; to encourage colleges and universities to serve for the development of local economy; to pay attention to the development of higher education in the North and the East of Heilongjiang Province; and to strongly give the financial support to two"Development". Through these six proposals, it is highlighted how does the general colleges layout of Heilongjiang Province serves for the development of local economy; and how to promote the sustainable development of Heilongjiang Higher Education, and it will provide the useful references for educational and administrative departments to optimize the general colleges layout of Heilongjiang Province.
