Limited rationalist on economy decision-making study and all kinds of decision-making psychology in real life illuminate our study of teaching decision-making. Students' misbehaviors in class are common problems that teachers often faced and need to deal with immediately. On judging and making decision, teachers may also be affected by psychological factors, especially the emotional impact. Therefore, we tried to analyze the effects of emotion on teachers' dealing with misbehaviors in class by quantity and quality study.Step1: By opening questionnaires, we collect six types of students' common misbehaviors in class and teachers' possible options in handling them, as teacher's option space of decision-making.Step2: By experiment, we illuminate teachers' positive and negative emotion. We also investigate teachers' judgment on frequency of students' misbehaviors in class with different emotion and the effects of emotion on decision-making.Step3: According to key event and constructive interview, we find out the difference of teachers' judgment and decision- making with different emotion, the selection criterion of decision-making, as well as the perception and evaluation on the emotional impact.The result shows: (1) All kinds of students' misbehaviors appeared in class frequently. (2) In handling the misbehaviors, teachers are affected by emotion because they are governors with ecological rational. (3) With positive emotion, more teachers choose indirect elimination manner, and with negative emotion, they more choose direct elimination manner. (4) Indirect elimination manner is more propitious for the achievement of effective teaching aims. (5) In order to improve the quality of teaching decision-making, female teachers need more training on emotional management capacity than male teachers. (6) Heuristics rules are often used in teaching decision-making.
