Research On Renqing Consumption Of Families In Central Mountainous Rural

Renqing consumption is an important means of maintaining interpersonal relationships for the Chinese nation. Researching on the renqing consumption is involved with anthropology, sociology, economics, culture, psychology and political science and other fields. In the perspective of sociology, renqing consumption is the social Intercourse which is associated with interpersonal trust, social networks, and other social factors. Based on the Sociological Theories, we focus on the renqing consumption which is widespread in China's rural unique society through the period of social transition in attempt to seeking on the social causes, describing their specific course of the operation, and analyzing social consequences and function.This study was an empirical research on a case of a central mountainous impoverished rural community, the aim of the study on renqing consumption is to describe its development, reasons and function, make comparative analysis on renqing consumption of different types of families in different times under the vision of modernization, and mainly analyze the relationships between renqing consumption and the modernization.Study shows that family-based renqing consumption is expressed through life rituals, festive ceremony and the non-situational rituals. With the development of the rural economy and improvement of the living standards,Renqing consumption increases continuously, this phenomenon is attribute to the combine result of a variety of traditional and modern elements, And its main function is to function. From the macro perspective, the changing of Renqing consumption is one of the reflections of the social transition from a traditional society to a modern society. From the micro perspective, there is a disparity on renqing consumption in stay family, semi-migrant and migrant family. This difference stems from different modernization orientation of the family. In other words, the stay families' renqing consumption mainly reflects the direction of local modernization, mobile families' renqing consumption is mainly on behalf of Urbanization, and semi-mobile families' renqing consumption is the contradiction between the two orientations. Article consists of five parts.The first part, based on the literature review on the situation of renqing consumption, Core concepts the research ideas and methods have been made.The second part, the characteristics of the sample was described, with emphasis on analysis of the sample representation and inference significance.The third part, make descriptive analysis on the family renqing Consumption, focusing on the reasons for renqing consumption and functions. The forth part, make renqing consumption comparison analysis to the vertical and horizontal Physiognomy, and focused on the relationship between renqing consumption and modernization.The fifth parts, concludes based on the above analysis, and make recommendations and countermeasures on how to guide families' modernization.
