Research On The Financial Management Of University Based On ERP

Accompanying with China entering the World Trade Organization (WTO), many foreign enterprises landed China. It gave big impact to China's native enterprise. Also it made China government and Chinese enterprises deeply realized that there is a big gap on the aspect of management skill between foreign company and Chinese native company. ERP was founded in 1970s in the world, but it has been about 10 years only since it existed in China market. But in such a short period, ERP achieved big progresses.ERP(Enterprise Resources planning) is a new type of international management, also is a advanced system of computer management .It presents advanced management idea by information platform .The process in enterprise implement is not only a course of change in information, but also is a course of a change in enterprise management ideology. The implement of ERP brings Management standardization to the enterprise.This paper is on the basis of that we survey and analysis the financial information system's status of our school, and inspect a lot of literature. It summarizes the necessity of improvement the university financial management system, and put forward the overall framework of university financial management driven by the ERP. Then we discuss the implementation mechanism of the system framework in detail. It achieves the integration of information flow, teaching factors flow and capital flow, so that to achieve business standardization and resource sharing. At the same time, it deals with the information timely and efficient to reduce the burden of information processing; and it Statistical, analysis and mines the data to raise the operating efficiency of funds.
