Financial Budget Management Strategies Of Gansu College Of Industrial Technology

Comprehensive budget management as a scientific management mechanism system, through comprehensive integrated enterprise-wide resources, relying on enterprise management planning,organization, coordination and control functions, on the internal balance, coordination and management, to achieve the optimization of enterprise resource allocation, improve the enterprise overall management efficiency and economic benefits. With the success of a comprehensive budget management experience in the enterprise, how to use them to solve higher vocational colleges budget management issues that arise, and thus higher vocational colleges budget management model transformation is the main content of this exploration.In this paper, Gansu Industrial Vocational and Technical College for the study to build Gansu Industry Polytechnic comprehensive budget management system as the goal, with the relevant theoretical knowledge comprehensive budget management, the use of literature research,empirical research, case studies and other research methods, budget management in Gansu College of industrial technology have been studied for schools existing problems, proposed the construction of Gansu College of industrial technology comprehensive budget management system related measures, including design, design framework, organizational structure, budget preparation, execution and control of the appraisal method. Through this study, aimed at Gansu Industry Polytechnic comprehensive budget management reform guidance.
