Study On Mechanism Innovation Of The Ideological And Political Education In Universities

Party and the country have always attached great importance to the ideological and political education of college. But this has produced little results, and is hard to deal with the challenges which are caused by globalization and the socialist market economy. The fundamental problem lies in the mechanism. The traditional ideological and political education mode gradually exposed the shortcomings. With the development of the socialist market economy and higher education, it is unable to adapt to the new situation and changes. In the new environment, it may cause all kinds of contradictions. Therefore, the ideological and political education of college must need to carry out all-round innovation, to conform to the trend of the times, reforming the ideological and political education mechanism.To be sure, the traditional mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges has played an important positive role in adhering to the socialist direction of universities, ensuring the Party's leadership on higher education and raising the ideological and political level of college students. But it still leads to some shortcomings, such as management mechanism of aging, process mechanism detached and weak protection mechanism. To reform the ideological and political education mechanism of college, we must firmly grasp the management mechanism, the process mechanism and safeguard mechanism. In management mechanism innovation terms, we need to strengthen the leadership mechanism of joint management, establish incentive mechanism with fair and efficiency and create unified evaluation mechanism with quality and quantity; In process mechanism terms, we should strive to achieve coupling between process mechanism and market mechanism, train self-education capacity of students and enlighten the community practice; In safeguard mechanism terms, we should increase the necessary funds, standardize work operating of the ideological and political education and optimize the work atmosphere of ideological and political education.This research uses modern scientific methods and principles, at the height of mechanism, in connection with the status quo of ideological and political education mechanism of college. And it strives to build up a set of relatively complete operable new mechanism of the ideological and political education of college. The ideological and political workers want to comprehensively grasp and constantly create a new situation of the ideological and political education of colleges in the practice of the future work. And we hope that this paper can provide new macro-control theory and micro-guidance of the mode of operation for them.
