At present,China is in a critical historical period of its transformation from a big country of human resources to a strong country of talents.A large number of college students with innovative thinking and ability are the key.The hundred years plan,education is this,moral education is first.For the measurement of talent,character is always an important standard and requirement.In the innovative talent training,especially the cultivation of college students' innovative thinking,must in all kinds of innovation activities as the carrier,on college students' innovative thinking and innovative ability to exercise,exercise,and exercise,and the development of college students' innovative activities,also must use the development of the ideological and political education activities,and closely combined with the ideological and political education,really into the life of college students,into the inner world of the college students to better grasp the inner thoughts of college students and grasp the way of thinking of college students,the implementation of the college students' individual political situation in-depth understanding,and take the initiative to solve the problem of college students' thought,Therefore,it provides the basis and premise of effective ideological and political education for the innovation activities of college students.This research is mainly in promoting innovative talents development strategy under the background of new steps to launch,and according to "national medium and long-term talent development plan outline of innovative talent training target and plan and requirements,to deepen the understanding of creative talents training and cognition,to more deeply understand the importance of cultivating creative thinking,to the perspective of ideological and political education of college students' innovative thinking training as the research emphasis and main goal,advocate should ideological and political education in college students' innovative activities play a guidance and the education function,so that this study has a more targeted and practical guiding significance.College students' innovative activities in this study are to Chongqing ten as investigation object,and in science and engineering and liberal arts in colleges and universities in Chongqing questionnaires,using a questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews,to college students' innovative activities and political education in colleges and universities education fusion mechanism as the background,the current status of ideological and political education of the college students' innovative activities in colleges and universities to carry out the investigation.Through the research,it is found that some college students still have some misunderstandings in their innovative activities,so we should strengthen ideological and political education.But,in the concrete to carry out the ideological and political education of college students' innovative activities,the college students themselves as education,gender,professional and other reasons,cause the effect is not very ideal,the emergence of such a problem is mainly due to the colleges and universities for ideological and political education of college students' innovative activity importance,guidance,software investment is not strong enough,and other factors,although respondents thought,to carry out the ideological and political education in college students' innovative activities,have very strong necessity and in particular,but there is still a college student in ideological and political education of innovation activities of cognitive bias,The innovative activities of college students and the ideological and political education are in mutual dissociation,the channel of integrating the political education into the innovative activities of college students is relatively single,and the contents of the ideological and political education in college students' innovative activities are lack of pertinence and other problems.Therefore,we must build the integration mechanism of ideological and political activities and university students' innovative activities,give play to the guiding role of ideological and political education on university students' innovative activities,give play to the carrier function of university students' innovative activities on ideological and political activities,and promote the integration of university students' innovative activities and ideological and political education.
