Study On The Industrialization Mode Of Scientific Research Achievements In Higher Engineering University

Colleges and universities are important base for fostering talents and scientific research achievement. With the policy of reforming and opening-up, they have become very important force of foundational research and technological innovation in our country in improving education and doing research work well. They also have made a great progress in scientific research and exploring various patterns. Despite of this, there still exist many problems—society and some universities not paying much attention to scientific research industrialization; scientific researcher having blunted consciousness toward technology-transformation; marketing of technology-science industrialization not being operated well; and transformation mechanism of scientific research achievement not being perfect. The existence of these problems usually make science-technology industrialization lack of overall importance and comprehensive, therefore, we cannot make most use of various social resources; the rate of scientific research industrialization slows down; and then hinder the exertion on the function of science-technology work. What's more, it is unfavorable for bring forth new ideas in strengthening our country's science and technology.In this paper, on the basis of the definition on the related concepts of Industrialization of Scientific Research Achievement in universities and colleges, it analyzes the industrialization condition, pattern and law of scientific technology achievement of universities and colleges at home and abroad, elaborated the enlightenment to our country, which was brought by the industrialization pattern of the overseas universities scientific research achievement, summarized the problems and the causes to the problems which exit in Industrialization of Scientific Research Achievement in our universities and colleges. In theory, we put forth the goal and principle of constructing scientific research industrialization of universities and colleges. On the basis of it, we constitute pattern of demonstrative promotion of scientific research achievement, pattern of cooperative system of network, pattern of technological concentration joint-stock company and suppositional science -and-technology garden, in order to promote sound and healthy development of scientific research achievement of universities and colleges.
