Study On The Influence Factors Of Patent Technology Industrialization In Colleges And Universities

The new normal growth of the economy has transformed from the investment of various elements into the innovation driven, the current economic growth has relied on technology progress more than ever before. With the arrival of knowledge economy, the economic growth will depend on the progress of technology more than ever before. Colleges and universities, as the origin of knowledge, the amount of patent application occupied a large proportion in the whole country, which presents a increasing trend every year. However, the industrialization rate of patent is not optimistic, so how to increase the rate of college patent technology industrialization is the urgent problem need to be solved.Based on the existing related research, in this paper, the main body of patent technology industrialization and the general process of industrialization of patent technology were analyzed, the specific analysis framework was raised, the five college patent technology industrialization were choose, through research and in-depth interview, the factors influencing college patent technology industrialization was were revealed.The conclusions are as follows. First of all, the technical features was analyzed, the influence factors were technology maturity, technical complexity, applicability and technology perspective; towards to high technical maturity, college and universities can choose their own industrialization or compensatory transfer mode, instead select university-enterprise cooperation mode; with high technical complexity, university-enterprise cooperation mode will be selected, instead select their own industrialization or compensatory transfer mode; for high technical applicability, compensatory transfer mode or university-enterprise cooperation mode will be choose, instead, their own industrialization or compensatory transfer mode will be selected; with good technical prospective, compensatory transfer mode will be selected. Secondly, the industrialization of the environment was illustrated, the influence factors of industrialization of the environment contained the government policies and regulations, the government funding, the management system of university’s scientific research, the technology market and so on; when the profit allocation mechanism of industrialization of colleges and universities was reasonable, compensatory transfer mode will be selected; when the colleges and universities can not get the government funding, then the mode of university-enterprise cooperation will be choose, when high appraisal mechanism is reasonable, their own industrialization or compensatory transfer mode will be selected, when the technology market is perfect, the compensatory transfer mode or university-enterprise cooperation mode will be choose, instead the mode of their own industrialization will be selected. Finally, the scientific research team in colleges and universities was clarified, The influence factors of the scientific research team consists of scientific research team’s cohesion and social relation network of the team. When the colleges and universities is in a strong cohesion, compensatory transfer mode or university-enterprise cooperation mode will be choose, instead their own industrialization mode will be selected, when scientific research team has good social relationship network, compensatory transfer mode or university-enterprise cooperation mode will be choose, instead their own industrialization mode will be selected.
