Recently education of the flowing children is increasing getting more social concern ,as well as the difficulty of popularity Nine—year compulsory education .If to a great extent restricts the quality, quality and effectiveness of compulsory education in urban area. The education of flowing children are getting more concern .Recently the focus transfer from the macro aspect of educating regularity ,difficulty and fairness to micro aspect such as study adaptability, influencing factors. The dissertation is based on the sample investigation and theory analysis. By discussing and expatiating on the well-defined question of the flowing children's study maladjustment in details, it gives suggestion on improving the urban flowing children's study quality and effectiveness, promote them to develop the overall individual characters ,enhance the quality and effectiveness of flowing children compulsory education ,make the urban education and society develop harmoniously.The present paper is consisted of four chapters. Chapter 1 is the introduction which includes the research background, the current situation, significance, methodology, as well as research design and innovation of the study. Chapter 2 is accordance with much investigation and literature review, analyses the flowing children's adaption of study adaptability, contrasting that of the flowing children and permanent inhabitant children. By doing the statistics analysis and interview, we then draw a conclusion that the flowing children can't adapt themselves to the new studying context Chapter 3 is attribution analysis, which is one of central parts of thesis. On the basis of the current situation of the flowing children's study maladjustment analyzed in the former chapter, combined with the educational equality theory, this chapter expatiates on the restrictive factors of the study maladjustment from the aspect of society, school, family and children themselves. Chapter 4 is countermeasures, which is also one of the central parts of the dissertation. the countermeasures of improving the flowing children study maladjustment are given to solve the problem of study quality and educational equality of the flowing children.
