Academic adaption is a kind of ability characteristic. According to the diversified learning condition inside and outside, learners can adjust their own learning motivation and behavior initiatively in order to improve their learning ability, and acquire remarkable learning achievement. This study engaged to find out its structure and developmental characteristics with"Academic Adaption Test". We select 412 flowing children from Chengdu Shuangshui Primary School to explore and analyze the children's academic adaptability in Chengdu and the influencing factors systematically. The study analyzes development tendency and effect factors of flowing children, as well as to provide evidence for guiding pupils'learning effectively.There are 6 parts in this article. Part1 is about the research background, concept, aims, contents, hypothesis and methodology of the study. Part 2 is about the current situation of the study. Part 3 focuses on the current situation of the flowing children's academic adaption. Part 4 explains the reason of the flowing children's academic adaption problems. Part 5 is about countermeasures. According to the flowing children's physiological and psychological characteristics, we find the corresponding measures to solve academic adaption problems of the flowing children. Part 6 is the summary of the study.
