Confucian,Taoism Ideal Personality To Contemporary University Students Personality Education Enlightenment

In Chinese ideological and cultural history, Confucianism and Taoism as the two mountains are the unity of opposites. Although in the pursuit of the ideal personality they are different, but there are also inextricably linked to. Confucian pursues the ideal personality model which is benevolence and etiquette's unification. Taoist pursues the ideal personality model which is going back to the natural. Confucian "promising" and Taoism's "inaction", although on the way of training ideal personality is quite different, in the way of pursuing "Truthfulness, benevolence, and beauty" and pursuing of man and nature "Harmony" are consistency. So, after a thousand years of history and culture in integration and development process, gradually formed Confucianism, Taoism ideal personality at the core of unique traditional Chinese ideal personality patterns.Students are the main force of China's socialist modernization construction in the 21st century. Having a health personality is not only good for their personal physical and mental health, to determine their individual growth and succeed, but also is good for the nation's future and hope. Their ideological and moral qualities, directly reflects the outlook of China in the 21st century. Therefore, improving the ideological and ethical quality of university students, training them to have a healthy personality, is a fundamental ideological and moral construction works and the great task .They are developed advanced culture and an important part of the central link . In universities to promote quality education is the unshirkable responsibility. But now personality training for college students are lagging behind, by the impact of Western ideology and culture, the traditional mode of personality is facing a huge test. Such as the reality personality cultivation of loss, the ideal personality cultivation of loss, are as different levels of existence.In this paper is based on the implication of "Personality" and "ideal personality," comprehensive analysis of Confucianism, Taoism two of the ideal personality and construct theories, arousing the main moral sense of the students, training students of social mission, the spirit of patriotism , making students to have a harmonious interpersonal relationships, establish the correct values and so on. In this paper expounded on Confucianism, Taoism ideal personality of the modern value and the addition of colleges and universities from the ideological and moral education of teaching content; ideal personality from the level of increase psychological drive; more practice, such as college students in five aspects to improve the ways of cultivating the personality specific ideas. In order to further establish and perfect the Chinese traditional virtue of the education system, develop a healthy personality in line with the requirements of the socialist modernization construction students.
