| The teaching of composition of vocational high school student with cooperation between vocational school and ordinary school is so alarming, the situation is that the students don't like writing and the teacher doesn't like teaching also. The linker connecting students and teachers is the teaching material of first level and second level which are edited by government and local official organization can not satisfy the actual requirement of vocational high middle school students under that condition of inosculating vocational school and ordinary school, I think it is one of the key reasons which cause the actuality. So penman also thinks it is necessary to search after one kind of intramural teaching material of composition of vocational high middle school for them under the condition, and it is better that the material must satisfy the actual requirement. To develop the intramural teaching material is one system engineer, the intramural characteristic and the condition of the school are foundation of developing, at the same time, mobilizing all teacher's enthusiasm is important. Only basing on this, the intramural teaching material can be put into practices and be attempted. Penman put forward seven pieces of tentative plan for the innovation according to the teaching experience and diversification of composition teaching with new conception of new course. The main purpose is to emphasize the maneuverability of teaching in that kind of school when the material is used by them. Meanwhile, the tentative plan will strive to mobilize all the maneuverable strength, such as schools,teachers,students and so on; to find out potential composition resource from the school; to mobilize the student's enthusiasm of writing; to breach the composition teaching bottleneck of the school under the condition of inosculating vocational school and ordinary school and improve the composition writing level of student really.
