The implementation of and the wide use of the teaching materials input fresh vital force into traditional Chinese teaching and learning, and continuously push further our Chinese teaching innovation.As middle school Chinese class teaching and learning are in many different situations,the teaching and learning method of teachers should also be diversified. What on earth does it mean by effective teaching and learning of the new Chinese lessons,what is a good lesson,how to improve the effectiveness and quality of teaching and learning, how to reduce the heavy burdens of both students and teachers,etc...All these questions have always been school education and research focus.There are many unsatisfactory points of the current Chinese lessons teaching and learning, which includes: 1) Understanding and using of Chinese contents; 2) Formality of class teaching and learning; 3) Evaluation of the effectiveness of teaching and learning; 4) Quality of the teachers. Most of the unsatisfactory points are misunderstanding of the standards of the new lessons,and the unhealthy development of the historical shortcomings of Chinese education under new conditions.No research on macro effective strategy leads to no effective teaching and learning methods. This article mainly focus on the use of "effective teaching and learning" methedology,making research on effective teaching and learning strategy,reviewing the problems existed in Chinese class teaching and learning, and finding out the way to realize Chinese class teaching and learning effectiveness under the new Chinese lesson background. Four major ways are discussed in this article,which includes: 1) Understand and use the teaching materials in a correct way; 2) Improve class teaching and learning formalities; 3) Realizing effective evaluation of Chinese lesson teaching and learning; 4) Improve the teaching capability of the teachers.
