An Analysis On The Present Situation Of Chinese Women's Football Super League

Chinese women's football movement which started in 1970s had achieved a series of glorious triumphs after 20 years of development. But after the women's football was listed in the regulation projects of Olympic Games, the level of women's football in the world rapidly expanded. Chinese women's football team could not keep its advantages over other teams after 2000.With such grim situation, strengthening and improving construction and development of women's football super league in China is an important measure of restructuring brilliance of Chinese women's football movement.This paper which focuses on the present situation of the super league with the methods of material investigation, interview survey and questionnaire survey draws the conclusion as the following:The level in socialization of Chinese women's football is not high which has an negative influence on the development of women's football league. The women's football league is not managed with sufficient funds. The structure of trainer system is reasonable but the training situation is not acceptable. The tournament's referee level is not high. The personal future, physical condition and income question have dampened athlete's training enthusiasm. The influence of women's football league is not great enough. At last this paper proposed the measurements, such as to make the system of management perfect and guarantees the women's football super league proper development; to enable the women's football super league to gain more supports with the cooperation of educational department; to improve the athletics level; to pay special attention to the system of league arrangement; to strengthen the cooperation with the media and enhance the social approval and so on. These measurements could be helpful to the women's football super league.
